DREDGE VELOCITY CONTROL SYSTEM

Velocity control is the foundation of our production system. Adding water to maintain material velocity (“flow”) decreases production. In dredging, when density changes, pump RPM must also change. If RPM is not adjusted, operators typically add water or raise the ladder—both of which reduce efficiency.

The most efficient dredging method is pump RPM control. Our system:
✔ Maintains uniform dredge feed, improving plant screening.
✔ Eliminates the need to clean out the pipeline and reload pump slurry.
✔ Operates without a bypass valve, making it more productive and cost-effective.

For systems with a valve, our velocity control system can integrate seamlessly. The display panel functions as the main system monitor, showing Discharge PSI, Vacuum, Velocity, and Density all in one place.

Additionally, every system includes a manual override option, allowing instant switching to manual speed control in case of any issues.
