FULL DREDGE PRODUCTION SYSTEM

In 1985, the concept of velocity control on a dredge was born. Early systems used a variable frequency drive with a customized flow control system. This proven concept became the foundation of our current production system.

Two key tools are utilized for maximum production:

1. Velocity Control – Ensuring constant target velocity.
2. Density Control – Maintaining the highest achievable density that can be hydraulically transported.

Constant target velocity at maximum achievable density is critical, especially in underwater pump dredges. Our automation system enables real-time calculations at high density, much faster than any human could accomplish. With velocity control, the pump can increase RPM when needed, ensuring maximum efficiency.

Our dilution valve is now used differently—it only opens when maximum achievable density or other critical parameters are reached. By integrating density as a key function, we unlock the full potential of the dredge. A 20% increase in production is not uncommon.

Our system is an all-in-one panel, customizable to your needs. The computer processing unit and dash panel are combined into a streamlined unit with no unnecessary components.
